I’m a certified Health and Wellness coach, nutrition educator, science junky and eternal optimist.

My philosophy is simple: I believe in building micro habits to achieve incredible, sustainable results. Aim to be just a little better / stronger / happier than you were yesterday. Every day. Then just keep going.

I’m on a mission . . . to cut through the noise in the health industry, simplify the science and give you practical, proven tools to transform your body, your mind and your life.

I want to make you feel less alone, cheer you on as you make better choices, and laugh with you as we learn, grow and evolve together.

Being the massive science geek that I am, everything I teach you is based on the latest scientific research, published by experts in the health and wellness industry.

Even though you are brilliant, I aim to keep my approach simple, practical, easy to implement and “bite-sized”. Being healthy does not have to be complicated, and Rome was not built in a day.

  • 1 x 60-minute follow-up consultation (ideally 3 / 4 weeks later)

Package 2: Recharge

Six coaching sessions to create a solid new foundation & habits

  • 1 x 90-minute initial health, nutrition & lifestyle consultation
  • 5 x 60-minute consultations (ideally once a week / every two weeks)

Ten coaching sessions to implement, refine & maintain your full health strategy
